    A little setup

    Needs: Library card

    General admission to all exhibits

    • America's first children's museum (founded 1899). Hands-on exhibits for ages 0-10. Pay-as-you-wish Thursdays 2-5pm.

  2. IDNYC — as a membership

    Set up first

    Needs: IDNYC

    Free admission for 1 person per visit for 1 year, member express entry on weekends/holidays, invitations to member-only events, monthly e-newsletter

    Worth: $55/year individual membership

    1. Get your IDNYC card
    2. Visit Brooklyn Children's Museum admissions desk in person
    3. Show your IDNYC card
    4. Complete membership registration
    Watch out: Free admission for 1 person per visit only (not family). 5-year rule applies. Must activate in person.
